At Alabanza, we take great care in packaging our handcrafted pieces to ensure they reach you safely. Please review our shipping terms and estimated timelines below.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • Ready-to-Ship: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship nationwide from our studio in Brooklyn, NY.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.

3. Shipping to Canada

We are pleased to offer shipping to our customers in Canada.

  • Delivery Times: Canadian shipments typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Alabanza is not responsible for these fees, as they are determined by Canadian customs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please reach out to us via our Contact Form within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage.

  • Lost Shipments: Alabanza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim for missing items.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
